MySpace Music meets Amazon

As many of you may already know by now, MySpace has 1) set up its new music service, where users can add music from their favorite artists to embedded music players within their profiles, and 2) teamed up with Amazon to offer the purchase of paid downloads for as low as 79 cents a song. The catch though is that users can listen to songs included on MySpace (along with ads), BUT they can not save or download the songs to their hard drives or mp3 players; they have to purchase downloads from Amazon to keep the tracks.
